At Avalum Nanum, we aim to provide a high-quality matchmaking experience. Since we offer digital subscription services, please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations:
Once a Premium Plan (Silver, Gold, Gold Plus, etc.) is purchased and activated on your account, the payment is non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds if you find a match or delete your profile before your subscription period ends.
Your premium features are activated immediately upon successful payment. If you face any technical issues where the features are not visible after payment, please contact our support team at avalumnanummatrimony@gmail.com with your transaction ID. We will resolve the technical error within 24–48 hours.
Users can cancel their membership at any time by deleting their profile from the 'Account Settings' section. However, please note that deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining subscription days.
If a profile is found to be fraudulent, fake, or violating our Terms of Service, Avalum Nanum reserves the right to suspend or delete that account without any notice or refund.
