Verified Profiles: While we strive to verify profiles via mobile and photo, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any member's information. Users are advised to conduct their own background checks before proceeding with any alliance.
Prohibited Content: You may not post defamatory, obscene, threatening, or illegal content.
Interactions: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Avalum Nanum acts only as a platform for connection and is not responsible for any disputes between members.

Automatic Expiry: Premium features will automatically expire at the end of your chosen plan (e.g., 30, 90, or 180 days).

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
No Refunds: Payments made for premium memberships are non-refundable. Once a service/plan is activated, we do not offer refunds, even if you find a match before the plan expires.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
